Avocado is SO good for you! I used to not be able to eat guacamole - now I love it! Plain avocado's just don't have taste but when I add them to something I know I am nourishing my body. It is a GOOD fat. We need good fats. Here are some of the benefits.
TIP: (I learned this from someone else!) Keep in the frig for a longer shelf life!
